The Expres-Arte show, which this year celebrates its 4th edition, aims to present a selection of the work done by the students of the Professional Qualification Program for Youth of the City of Murcia, within the area of ​​personal skills.
The exhibition, which opened this morning, will remain open to the public until December 4, in the 585 M2 Youth Space.
The Professional Qualification program is aimed at young people in the municipality between 16 and 29 years of age enrolled in the National Youth Guarantee System, who have left their studies and lack professional experience.
This program offers young people training with a double purpose:
Facilitate their labor insertion by enabling them to obtain a Professional Certification of Level 1 and / or 2 (certifications included in the National Qualifications System) in various professional areas such as hospitality, commerce, mechanical manufacturing, automotive, personal image, sports, among others.
A basic training in linguistic, mathematical and computer skills, together with soft skills that improve your personal skills for employment.
The Express-Arte exhibition brings together a set of paintings made by the students of the program using very simple techniques.
Through stains and textures, students express feelings, sensations and emotions, so that participants, regardless of their artistic abilities, have a first approach to the world of painting.
The mayor of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism, Pedro García Rex, said that "this exhibition seeks to contribute to the comprehensive training of students through various artistic languages ​​and a playful education that promotes creativity to strengthen their artistic, cultural skills , social, thus contributing to their active integration in the life of the community. "
