Twelve new companies will occupy the workspaces in the CIM-M and in the Alquerías Resource Center (22/11/2019)

The Governing Board has approved today the final list of the 29 admitted entrepreneurs who will occupy the offices and other work spaces that have been left free at the CIM-M and the Alquerías Resource Center.

The competition for the selection of entrepreneurs was held last September.

Today, the Governing Board has given its approval to the 12 new companies that will be installed, both in the Center for Municipal Initiatives and in the Alquerías Resources Center.

With these new additions, there is a change when the companies that conclude their stay in the offices of the centers meet their maximum period of accommodation of three years.

In the case of work modules, the maximum period of stay is 9 months renewable to 3 months up to a maximum of 12 months;

and for the coworking work terminal, the occupancy period is 6 months extendable up to another 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.

Selected Companies

The new ones housed in the offices will be A play workshop (Leisure and Free Time), Iván Tovar Albaladejo (Design and Photography), Scientific Talent (Science), Euphoria Studios SL (Videogames and applications), Social Revolution (Online Advertising) and Projects in the Growing Quarter (Cultural Management).

On the other hand, the companies that will occupy the work modules are Ismael Chakroun Muñoz (Online Marketing), Sandra Pérez Outsourcing SL (Management of LOPD), Cultural Exchange (Teaching), Ovo Arquitectos (Architecture) and Real Fund.

In the case of the coworking work terminal for María José Martínez (Idiomatic Tourism).

Requirements

The admitted entrepreneurs have had to fulfill a series of requirements, among which they emphasize that the entrepreneurial activity is developed or will be developed in the municipality of Murcia, be an SME and occupy at least 10 people, be aware of their obligations Prosecutors and social security, sign civil liability insurance, have justified the municipal grants that have been previously awarded and submit a Business Plan that is reported as viable by the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism of the City of Murcia.

In addition, preference is given to companies whose activity is innovative, that generate more and better jobs, related to the environment and culture, that contemplate social responsibility initiatives and that have greater viability of the entrepreneurial project.

26 companies and 11 business projects

With these new additions, there are already 26 companies and 11 business projects in the incubation phase that benefit from the services offered by the Department of Employment, Economic Promotion and Tourism.

Currently all the offices are occupied for which there is a waiting list of 17 companies, with availability in coworking and work modules.

During the first quarter of next year it is planned to expand new spaces that are going to be offered, thereby increasing the services provided by the Department
