First step to obtain the land that will allow the execution of the roundabout access branch located in the Sangonera la Verde variant (21/11/2019)

The Plenary Commission of Urban Planning, Sustainable Development and Huerta has approved this morning the file of initial approval of the project of obtaining land for the execution of the branch of access to the roundabout located in the variant of Sangonera la Verde through the expropriation system.

Thanks to this action, the City Council will acquire the necessary land, of almost 500 square meters, for the construction of this new road that will allow direct access to vehicles that arrive from the roundabout of the Sangonera la Verde variant to the urban nucleus located in the southern part of the village.

Now the project will be submitted to a public exhibition for a month for interested parties to examine the file and make the allegations they deem appropriate.
