"Privatization of the security of public buildings, and the consequences that do not count on the Decree of suspension of breaks in Local Police" (16/11/2019)

At present, these Public Building Surveillance functions are being developed by the Patrimony Section of our Local Police, which has been used as a second activity, since it is intended for personnel who have reduced their psycho-physical conditions to exercise its functions in the street, so it is not credible that this privatization involves recovering local police officers for street services.

The decree of suspension of regulated breaks in our Local Police to be able to attend the security of events, shows, celebrations this Christmas, does nothing more than aggravate the security problem in our view, since these agents destined to these services they will be subtracted from ordinary service, since they do not involve more police hours on the street, only they will concentrate on festive recreational events, leaving the breaks of this staff on days when the ordinary security service will be reduced.
