Approved the general bases for the Public Employment Offer of the City Council (15/11/2019)

The Governing Board has approved today the general rules to be applied in the calls for the Public Employment Offer, corresponding to positions of civil servants and labor personnel of the City of Murcia.

The purpose of each call is the provision on property of the places indicated in the specific bases of each call, in accordance with the List of Current Jobs in the City of Murcia.

The public offer is based on the classification of official staff positions and work staff positions.

Of the total places offered, seven percent of vacancies will be reserved for people with disabilities.

The call will be published in full in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia and an excerpt from it in the Official State Gazette.

The communications corresponding to the call will be displayed in the Notice Board of the electronic headquarters of this Hon.

Murcia City Council (https://sede.murcia.es/tablon-anuncios).

The deadline for submission of instances will be twenty business days from the date following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official State Gazette.

For participation in each of the calls, the

corresponding procedure in the Electronic Headquarters of the City Council (https://sede.murcia.es/areas?idCategoria=10007 - area "Education, Training and Employment", [Selective Processes]), with all the information on it.

The selective access system will be that of contest-opposition, considering that the contest phase allows the valuation of others

aspects complementary to the demonstration of knowledge provided by the opposition phase, such as professional experience, academic training and specialization and improvement courses, which otherwise could not be taken into account in the selective process.

The opposition phase will consist of two exercises, each of which will be eliminatory, valuing from zero to thirty points, being necessary to obtain a minimum of fifteen points in each of them to be able to continue in the selective process.

The maximum score of the opposition phase will be sixty points.

The exercises will be based on the texts and regulations that are in force at the time of their realization.

With the individualized score obtained in the set of exercises and merits, where appropriate, the final qualification of the applicants and their order of priority will be determined.

Once the selective process of the corresponding call is finished, with those applicants who have not obtained a place, a waiting list will be established in accordance with the criteria for the creation and management of waiting lists negotiated at the General Negotiating Table and approved by the Governing Board .
