Children under 12 can enjoy the Terra Natura municipal park for free this weekend on the occasion of the celebration of Children's Day, which is celebrated on November 20.
Also, in addition to the free admission, during this Saturday and Sunday, the little ones will have the opportunity to participate in all the activities planned within the animal and nature park, which will take place from 11.30 to 16.00.
The City of Murcia, through the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, wanted to repeat this initiative after the success of last year.
"Our parks and gardens are meeting places, but also the municipal zoo is a place of leisure for all ages, a unique environment to enjoy nature in a fun and different way as a family," says José Guillén, Councilor for Development Urban and Modernization of the Administration.
Thus, this weekend, children will have the possibility to have fun, surrounded by nature and animals, and participate in the usual activities of the park, such as the exhibition of raptors and exotic birds.
Terra Natura Murcia has also planned the development of art activities for children to use their imagination by painting pictures of their favorite animals, using exclusively their hands.
Also, the playroom service will be from 11.30 to 16.00 to conduct various craft workshops.
