This action is part of the 'Project for remodeling children's areas and coverings in districts through 10 lots' of the City Council, through the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration.

The works also include the remodeling of the children's area with new games and the renovation of street furniture.

"Murcia has been betting for four years in a very special way for its parks and gardens, for the environment and for family and healthy spaces," said Councilor José Guillén.

The Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, directed by José Guillén, has begun with the improvement and conditioning of several green spaces and children's play in the municipality of Murcia.

The mayor has met with the president of the Municipal Board of La Ñora, Jesús Aliaga, to discuss all the actions that will be developed in this environment of the district.

The works include the remodeling of the Ebro River Garden in La Ñora, where a work-out space will be created to carry out healthy outdoor activities, the relocation of a children's area with security fencing and new games, as well as work on gardening and landscaping around them.

The actions also include the renovation of street furniture with new benches and a boundary wall will be modified.

These works will cost 56,384.79 (VAT included), will be carried out by the Trisacor Infrastructure and Services company and will be ready at the beginning of the year.

The actions belong to the 'Project for remodeling children's areas and coverings in districts through 10 lots' of the City Council, through the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration.

Specifically, the works that will be carried out in La Ñora are included in Lot 2 of said project.

“Murcia has been betting for four years in a very special way for its parks and gardens, for the environment and for family and healthy spaces.

Proof of this are the more than 60,000 square meters of Murcia Río and the more than 500 works carried out in parks and gardens and green areas of the municipality â€, highlights Councilman José Guillén.
