They ask for a real negotiation and a Temporary Employment Consolidation Plan that ends the high percentages of job insecurity (03/11/2019)

The unions of the City of Molina, CCOO, CSIF, UGT and SIME reactivate the call for a Concentration that will take place next Monday, November 4 at 5:30 pm, in the Town Hall Square, to claim the Government Team a real negotiation and a Temporary Employment Consolidation Plan that ends the high percentages of job insecurity that the City Council has been supporting for many years.

The workers of the City of Molina de Segura have been obliged to convene this Concentration, after having suspended the call on October 18 for a breach of commitment by the City Council to start negotiations, and continue claiming a Consolidation Agreement of Temporary Employment that would affect more than 100 employees with contracts in precariousness and in fraud of Law, as well as a real negotiation on the general labor conditions of all the employees of the City Council.

Remember that there have been many and repeated requests from the unions to deal with sensitive General Issues such as the update of the RPT, compliance with the current Agreement-Agreement, application of additional funds and others, as well as the most priority issue and urgent that it is the negotiation of a Human Resources Plan that includes the processes of consolidation and stabilization of temporary employment and in view of the ABSOLUTE LACK OF ANSWER and the breach of the commitment to initiate negotiations by the Government Team we have raised this new call Concentration with the hope that common sense will be imposed and we will recover the path of dialogue and negotiation.
