Nearly one hundred people have already requested State aid to alleviate material damage by the DANA (11/10/2019)

A total of 78 people have already requested the aid that the Government of the Nation approved for those affected by the DANA (Isolated Depression in Isolated Levels), which affected the municipality of Murcia last September.

These are the applications for aid registered as of today, Friday, October 11, in the municipal registries of the Citizen Attention offices, of the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, directed by Mercedes Bernabé.

With the information provided by the Citizen Services offices, people have already submitted the necessary documentation to claim the economic amount approved by the Government of the Nation for this purpose.

Remember that the deadline for submitting the information required for financial aid ends on November 20.

Citizens can present their documentation both in the Citizen Attention offices, centered and decentralized, and in the records of other public administrations.

“From the City Council we put ourselves at the service of citizens to help them mitigate as soon as possible the damage caused by heavy rains.

For this, our services have worked from the outset to provide all the necessary information, face-to-face and telematics, extending their hours and taking out the offices of attention to the street â€, highlights the councilor.

Special device

The City Council established from September 16 a special device to help those affected through the Citizen Attention offices.

In this way, they have attended a total of 1,519 people who have come to these offices to request information regarding the damage caused by heavy rains.

Of the total applications, 921 were made in person, of which 184 were in El Raal, 153 in Alquerías, 128 in other districts and 456 of the mobile unit.

Through the telematic service 598 were registered, of which 57 correspond to requests for information through the email of affected DANA and the web and 541 correspond to telephone 010.

Since last September 30, all this information regarding the DANA is centralized in the Citizen Attention service in each of its offices in the different districts and districts.

The documentation is also available on the web, as well as on the 010 telephone.

Regarding the Citizen Attention service, the City Council has a total of 71 service points, between the decentralized offices in districts and districts and the headquarters.

During the special device due to heavy rains, a total of 57 officials are directly at the service of the company, distributed in the centralized offices, telephone service and the general registry.
