Dancer Amador Rojas begins his tour in Murcia with the show "Poseidón y el Hombre" (10/10/2019)

Sevillian bailaor Amador Rojas begins his tour of Levante with his show Poseidón and Man with a single appointment on October 24 at the Víctor Villegas Auditorium in Murcia.

On November 2 it will be the stage of the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium in Gran Canaria, which will host this daring proposal.

Amador Rojas presents an allegory of the suffering of men exercised by other men and of the need for God's intervention.

He is accompanied by Patricia Domínguez (dance), Luis "El Granaino" (singing), Miguel de la Tolea (singing), Eduardo Cortés (guitar), Samuel García García "El Tarraco" (violin) and Paco de "Mode" (percussion) .

Poseidón y el Hombre premiered in 2018 at the Teatro Real in Madrid inaugurating the launch of the successful Flamenco Real cycle, the first flamenco production made by the Teatro Real with SO-LA-NA.

SO-LA-NA, which produces Poseidón and Man, is the benchmark in Spain in the creation and production of exclusive shows of great quality and authenticity linked to flamenco art.

In 2011 he began his career with the internationalization project of the Cante de Las Minas Festival, "Las Minas Puerto Flamenco Tour".

Mythology and Man on stage

God does not want to show his power to the world of Man.

But he knows he has to.

What is happening in the world of Man is not fair.

Man enriches himself vilely at the expense of the suffering of the rest of men.

Breaking the agreements with the rest of the gods begins a final action of life and death to merge with Man: "You are going to kill me, God, thinks Man. I will do justice, Man, thinks God."

Everyone knows that his life of suffering is over.

The daring flamenco of the dancer Amador Rojas

The bailaor (Los Palacios, Sevilla, 1979) Amador Rojas in 2008 receives the "Revelation Artist" award at the Seville Flamenco Biennial.

Prize of the International Festival of the Cante de las Minas de La Unión in 2015, begins at the dance and the heel at 7 years of the hand of the teacher Farruco who instructed him at the base of the? Amenco.

At the age of 16 he began his international projection, forming part of companies such as Salvador Távora, Eva la Yerbabuena or Antonio Canales.

Self-taught, ambitious and enterprising on his way, he has had the opportunity to learn and share experiences and stage with some of the greatest dance and amenity: the Montoya family, Manuela Carrasco, Juan Amaya, the Morente family and Antonio Canales, among others.

The Víctor Villegas Auditorium hosts the production of the Teatro Real and SO-LA-NA

The Teatro Real is also committed to flamenco with the producer SO-LA-NA, and the capital of Murcia hosts the first function of that bet.

On Thursday, October 24, at 9:00 p.m., the public can enjoy this "real" show at the Víctor Villegas Auditorium.

Flamenco and dance lovers can now buy tickets from € 18.
