The mayor of Murcia, Jos Ballesta, accompanied by the Councilor for Sustainable Mobility and Youth, Rebeca Prez, visited the La Fama garden today, where the fourth edition of the 'Vial Week' is being held, which this year represents a deployment of More than twenty activities.
“During the 'Vial Week', we make activities related to road safety available to all neighbors;
workshops to publicize the latest safety regulations, ”said the mayor of Murcia, who added that“ from an early age, it is important to teach children what road safety is. ”
The 'Vial Week', organized by the City Council in collaboration with the Driving School Association of the Region of Murcia (ARAMUR), began this Friday and will conclude on October 14.
Drills and workshops
A simulator that recreates what happens when a vehicle overturns, games to explain to the little ones how are the different traffic signs, workshops to learn how to change a wheel and place chains, in addition to drills to show how the devices work for the detection of Alcohol and drugs are some of the activities that make up the 'Vial Week'.
