The Councilor for Sustainable Development and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, and the Councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, have visited this morning the urbanization works that are being executed on the Almirante Loaysa avenue in Zarandona.
The total area of ​​the scope of operation is 155,138 m2, being the surface of equipment, roads and new green areas of 84,389 m2.
The common denominator to all the gardens, which add an area of ​​over 40,000 square meters, is the use of native plants in the area and the transfer of existing palm trees in the area to the designed gardens.
In addition, one of the gardens, already partially received, includes a large multi-child set and shade candles.
The unit of action will generate 860 new homes, of which 760 would be apartments and 100 would be single-family homes.
