The call has been organized by the UMU Laboratory of Clinical and Experimental Neuroscience, the UMU University Institute for Aging Research and the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of the Region, with the sponsorship of the HEFAME Foundation
The deadline for submission to the poems contest organized to celebrate the Fourth Week of Commemoration of the World Day of the Elderly in the Region of Murcia ends this Thursday, October 3.
The purpose of the contest, convened by the UMU Laboratory of Clinical and Experimental Neuroscience, the UMU University Institute for Aging Research and the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of the Region, is to choose the short poem that best suits the proposed motto this year: 'Active Golden Age'.
This prize can be attended by any person of legal age and each can present up to two different short poems.
The jury's decision and the awards ceremony will take place this Friday, October 4 at the Royal Academy of Medicine and Surgery of the Region of Murcia (Plaza Preciosa, s / n), at 7 pm.
The awards, awarded with the sponsorship of the HEFAME Foundation, will consist of a first prize of 300 euros and a second prize of 150 euros.
