The Citizen Attention offices attend 1,094 affected by the DANA (28/09/2019)

The Citizen Attention offices have attended a total of 1,094 people in relation to the DANA (Isolated Depression in Isolated Levels), which affected the municipality two weeks ago.

The City Council, through the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, directed by Mercedes Bernabé, established on September 18 a special device on the occasion of heavy rains to meet all those affected citizens.

The offices of El Raal and Alquerías extended their hours, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as well as a Mobile Service Unit.

“There are many affected by these circumstances, so from the City of Murcia, through our Citizen Service, we are available to all these people to provide all the information and help them to mitigate damage as soon as possible caused by the rains â€, highlights Councilwoman Mercedes Bernabé.

Based on the data, of the total number of requests, 937 were made in person and 157 were collected electronically.

Likewise, 360 belong to El Raal, 332 to Alquerías and 105 to other districts.

Continuing with the figures, the Mobile Attention Unit has attended a total of 456 people, the Request for Information and Affected Posts Dana has received the data of 50 affected and 107 have been addressed through the telephone 010. Finally, 68 citizens have used this service to request other information.

People who have approached the offices in relation to the floods produced in the municipality of Murcia have filled out an instance to request information.

From Monday, through the way that citizens have provided, the Citizen Attention officials will contact them to send them the request for financial assistance to alleviate the damages that the Government of the Nation has approved.

From Monday, all this information regarding DANA will be centralized in the Citizen Attention service in each of its offices in the different districts and districts.

It is worth mentioning the collaboration with the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration, which José Guillén directs, to facilitate computer support, as well as mobile attention, and joint work with the Department of Commerce, Markets and Public Road, which he directs Juan Fernando Hernández.
