Internships abroad and Dual Vocational Training are some of the options offered by the Institute to its students during their training period.
The educational offer of UCAM FP covers various areas such as health, information technology, commerce, finance, education, sport, communication, marketing and tourism.
The Higher Institute of Vocational Training San Antonio has welcomed its students and has begun the academic activity of the 2019/20 course.
Located on the Los Jerónimos Campus, UCAM FP offers a university teaching staff and facilities and infrastructures at the forefront that allow accelerating the learning process of future graduates.
Given the growing demand for technical professionals, the Higher Institute of FP San Antonio allows its students to carry out professional internships abroad through the Erasmus + program.
Once they finish their studies, they can extend their internship to a maximum of one year, which allows them not only to acquire better skills for their professional practice, but to improve their foreign language.
FP Dual
Through the realization of paid internships between 660 and 800 hours, Dual Vocational Training allows a faster labor insertion, as well as a deeper knowledge of the sector in which you will perform your work.
José Alarcón, director of the Institute, commented that the collaboration of companies is essential for this Center, and stressed that the experience of students who have already completed Dual FP has been very positive, both for them and for companies.
