The Councilor for Development, Mario Gomez, today signed the contracts for the execution of six important works in the districts of Los Ramos, Zeneta, San José de la Vega, Corvera and Santa Cruz corresponding to the Special Investment Plan in Pedanías.

"From the Recruitment service we are speeding up the pending works to improve municipal facilities and offer a good service to the residents of districts, in a maximum period of six months these projects will be completed," said Mayor Mario Gomez.

Specifically, in Los Ramos, the adaptation works will be carried out in the Vereda del Chocolate garden awarded to JT Public Works and Services for a total of 83,078 euros and an execution period of five months;

and they will proceed to the construction of changing rooms, lawn installation and enclosure of the soccer field of this district.

The company Servimar 2008 will be responsible for carrying out this work within a period of six months for an amount of 539,588 euros

In the district of Zeneta, work will begin on the adaptation of a room as a 24-hour study room awarded to the company Juan Gregorio Constructions, with an investment of 81,220 euros and an execution period of six months.

The construction of locker rooms, installation of lawn and enclosure in the San José de la Vega football field will be carried out by the company Servimar 2008 for a total of 416,758 euros and an execution period of six months.

For its part, the residents of Corvera will have in six months a new fairground in their district that will build the company Diversified Group for an amount of 238,345 euros and an execution period of six months.

Likewise, they will begin the work of repair of the facilities of the sports center of Santa Cruz to the company Sinboria, for a cost of 98,391 euros and a term of execution of three months.

All these contracts include a series of social commitments on the part of companies, such as promoting personal, family and labor conciliation, promoting labor insertion through labor recruitment to workers over 45 years of age and providing training and that 30 percent of The template is hired indefinitely.
