The City of Murcia has launched an operation of attention, information and advice for those affected by the DANA, thanks to the collaboration of the Department of Urban Agenda and Open Government, Commerce, Markets and Public Roads and Urban Development and Modernization of the administration.

From this afternoon, in El Raal (in the cultural center located in Vereda Los Simones, 4) and Alquerías (in the cultural center in Agustín Virgili), a specific point of attention will open whose schedule will be from 9 to 14 hours and from 17 to 19 hours.

Likewise, those affected can go to the central offices of Plaza de Europa (Monday and Wednesday, from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.), and the municipal building of Abenarabi and Glorieta (Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

The Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC), under the Commerce Service, is also part of this operation and starting tomorrow, Tuesday and during the next few days, it will visit those disseminated areas of the affected districts with a mobile office.

On the other hand, in the next few hours a web page will be enabled, affecteddana.murcia.es, which offers all the necessary information for the victims and the telephone numbers of other services that they might need as Local Police, Firefighters or Social Services.

Those affected also have at their disposal the email affecteddana@ayto-murcia.es and the municipal telephone 010, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, in which all the information they need will be offered.

Once you contact the City Council through different channels, you will be asked for your personal data (name, telephone and email) to offer them in a timely manner all the information that arises and is of interest.

Photo shooting

All victims are recommended to take photos or videos of the state of their homes and collect all the necessary information, such as purchase invoices, to claim damages.

People who have home insurance have a period to report to the insurer for 7 days since the damage occurred.

Likewise, the Insurance Compensation Consortium must be informed, by calling 968 350 450 or by email ccsmurcia@consorseguros.es.

Affected neighbors who do not have home insurance will also be informed in a timely manner of information that may affect them.
