The Contracting Board, chaired by the Councilor for Development, Mario Gómez, and attended by the mayor of Citizen Security and Economic Management, Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has proposed in his session this morning the award of five important works that They will run in the districts of Cabezo de Torres, Algezares, Sangonera La Verde, Monteagudo and Javalí Nuevo.

Thus, the proposal for the award of the reform project of the ground floor of the senior social center of Cabezo de Torres has been approved.

These works will be carried out by the company Construcciones Hermanos Espín SLU for an amount of 186,338 euros.

Likewise, in Algezares the project for the construction of the sports courts and skate area will be carried out, whose award has been proposed to Desarrollos Técnicos del Levante SL with an investment of 186,380 euros.

Other proposals for the award of the Contracting Board held this morning have been the paving of sidewalks and driveway in Sangonera La Verde and in Martínez Costa de Monteagudo street.

The first has been awarded to Trisacor Infraestructuras y Servicios SL for a total of 79,499 euros.

The second of the projects to Pavasal Empresa Constructora SA with an investment of 98,841 euros.

The last of the proposals has been awarded to the company Construcciones Sánchez López SL for an amount of 344,480 euros for the realization of the basic project and execution of the local office in Javalí Nuevo.

These last three projects are part of the Special Investment Plan in Pedanías.

Likewise, the Contracting Board has requested documentation from Lorquimur SL on the file for the remodeling of the first floor and access to the ground floor of the Los Garres casino building;

and Tecnipaper Productos SLU on the dossier for the supply of didactic and office supplies for training and employment programs of the Employment service.

Finally, the single file of two files has also been opened:

- Supply and installation of mobile shelves for the municipal archive of the Mayayo farm center in Sangonera La Verde
