The International University of the Sea has scheduled next week eight courses that will take place in different Murcia locations.
Some of them, such as the courses of Scientific Diving and Art and Science of Navigation that are taught at the Diving Center of the Navy of Cartagena, have a long history and reach this year to its thirty-sixth and twenty-seventh edition, respectively.
Both will take place from September 9 to 26 and have covered all the places offered.
On the other hand, in Águilas the first international seminar on the salting industry will be held in the Hispanic Southeast in ancient times from September 9 to 11.
It will update the status of the question about salazone industries in the western Mediterranean and will analyze the exchanges between the different bordering regions with the southeast, especially other areas of the Iberian Peninsula and North Africa.
Molina de Segura will host a course on gender and addictions, which will be held from September 12 to 14, with the aim of providing professionals working in the field of addictions of theoretical and practical tools necessary to perform their intervention taking into account The gender perspective.
The headquarters of Murcia is planning the development of four activities that will cover topics as diverse as the practice of clinical hypnosis, scientific dissemination, creative therapies and artistic mediation, or the challenges of the Spanish political system.
The third edition of the course 'Clinical hypnosis in practice', which will be taught from September 9 to 10, aims to bring this tool closer to the university community, demystifying misconceptions about it and presenting scientific evidence of its usefulness.
The seminar dedicated to scientific dissemination as a transmedia story will take place from September 9 to 11, and will try to familiarize attendees with the most innovative and attractive formats of scientific dissemination: video, radio, podcast, comics, shows, talks, Monologues and creative writing.
The first edition of the course 'Creative therapies and artistic mediation as intervention methods in educational, social and welfare contexts', which will be taught from September 10 to 13, will allow students to experience the interdisciplinary, creative, recreational and therapeutic aspects of different artistic languages ​​such as drawing, painting, modeling, photography, music, dance and theater.
Finally, the fourth edition of the seminar 'Challenges of the Spanish political system' will analyze the regional and local campaigns of the year 2019 after the general elections and will take place from September 11 to 14.
