The Government Board has given the green light to the adjudication of the works of the new Vereda del Chocolate garden in Los Ramos that will be enabled on a municipal plot destined for it and that will have a modern playground for children and trees.
This new space will be part of the Greenway thus serving as a living area for pedestrians and cyclists users of this accessible route of more than 8.5 kilometers.
The works to be developed provide for the excavation and removal of the disintegrated land, execution of public lighting networks, paving and paving of the residential areas, development of the irrigation network, woodland and shrub plantations, execution of the area fenced and tile child absorbs impact and street furniture, benches and litter bins.
In addition to Phoenix dactylifera palm trees, orange trees, garden plums, clams, garden vanilla or heliotropes, bells, lavenders and lantanas will be planted.
The children's area will be fenced and will have educational games, a tower with slide and climb and other games for children, while the area will have 12 benches.
The works will be carried out by JT Public Works and Services, within a period of 5 months and with an investment of 83,078 euros.
This project is part of the Extraordinary Investment Plan, which will be developed in coordination with the Department of Urban Development and Modernization of the Administration and the Department of Pedanías and Barrios.
