The Governing Board has approved the adjudication of the works of adaptation of a room as a study room in 24 hours in Zeneta thanks to which about 30 study posts will be offered.
The room will be open for 365 days, 24 hours, and will have an Internet connection via Wi-Fi.
The service will be monitored by the Integrated Internet Access Control System that will control the inputs and outputs, perform live surveillance, control fire alarms, regulate lighting on and off, control the operating cycle between cooling and heating and picks up the SOS panic button signal.
The investment amounts to 81,220 euros and the term of execution of the works, which will be carried out by Juan Gregorio Constructions, is 6 months.
The objective is to offer an adequate space for the development of academic activities, regulated or not, offering the necessary comfort so that students can assimilate in a quiet environment and with the essential concentration.
This project is part of the Extraordinary Investment Plan in Pedanías coordinated by the Department of Pedanías y Barrios, directed by Marco Antonio Fernández.
