The scholars of the international mobility program Golondrina who have studied at the University of Murcia during the 2018-19 academic year, will be officially received at the UMU Rector's Office on Tuesday, June 25 at 5:00 p.m.
The Rector of the University of Murcia José Luján will be present at the reception;
the President of the CARM, Pedro Rivera Barrachina and the Vice President for Internationalization, María Senena Corbalán García, among others.
The Golondrina program offers students from Murcia or descendants of Murcia, residents of Europe and America, the possibility of studying during a semester at the University of Murcia or the Polytechnic of Cartagena, with a scholarship that covers their costs of accommodation, meals, travel, registration and medical insurance.
Both the six students who are beneficiaries of the scholarship who have completed the second semester of the 2018-19 course at the UMU, as well as the two from the UPCT, come from Argentina.
This program has been possible thanks to the collaboration agreement signed between the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia through the Ministry of Presidency and Development and the two public universities of the Region.
