This project will be directed by reference researchers selected for their scientific and technical knowledge about microorganisms, which includes their beneficial properties (probiotics).

In addition, they will study their applications in food, human health and animal health, generating important contributions to the knowledge of these bacteria, as well as technological developments, invention patents and successful technology transfers to the socio-productive sector.

All bacteria will be thoroughly investigated and carefully selected for their efficacy, safety and compatibility, so that the selected strains can be an effective formulation.
