The International University of the Sea organizes the course 'The cinema in the donation and the transplant of organs', that will take place of the 3 to the 5 of July in the social center university of the campus of Espinardo.
The main objective of this course is to analyze all those psychosocial aspects that exist in relation to donation and organ transplantation from the perspective of cinema.
The cinema has used this theme since its inception to tell stories and show the viewer situations such as waiting for an organ, moral reflections on the implications of knowing or not the identity of the donor, as well as showing parts of the process of organ donation, among other.
This activity aims to train attendees about the aspects involved in the process of organ donation through the viewing of sequences and the creation of small audio-visual stories.
Registration will be open until June 26.
