The Murcia Tennis Club 1919 celebrates this Saturday its event 'Tennis on the street', an activity in which five tracks will be installed in the center of Murcia with the aim of bringing the sport of racquet to all fans, especially children of the municipality and surroundings.
The event, organized in collaboration with the municipality of Murcia, will be held in the morning at the Plaza de la Universidad, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Along with the five tracks, there will be a children's area, entertainment and a multitude of games.
Numerous gifts will also be raffled among the participants.
The participation is free for an activity that is framed within the program of events that the Murcia Club de Tenis 1919 has organized for its centenary.
Antonio Saura, president of the MCT 1919, has indicated that the objective of this event is "to bring tennis and sports to the whole society of Murcia, as this institution has always done in its 100 years of history, promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping the youngest to begin in sports and human values. "
