The University of Murcia receives 6,932 entries to be examined from the EBAU in the Region of Murcia (04/06/2019)

The University of Murcia has registered 6,932 student registrations to perform the Baccalaureate Assessment for Access to the University (EBAU) this year throughout the Region of Murcia.

The deadline to formalize the application has ended at two in the afternoon of this Tuesday.

This number of registered corresponds to those who will perform the general and mandatory phase.

The figure will increase with those students who only present themselves to the voluntary phase to raise their grade from previous years or because they come from Vocational Training.

The number of students enrolled in this course represents an increase of 247 students compared to last year when 6,685 people enrolled in the EBAU.

This increase, of just over 3%, adds to the growth of 7% registered by the number of registered in 2018 with respect to the access tests of 2017, when they were 6,248.

Among the registered people, the University of Murcia has registered two applications for trans students who want to take advantage of the new regulations that allow them to be named in the tests because of their gender although they have not yet obtained the name change in the DNI.

The EBAU 2019 in the Region will be held next June 11, 12 and 13 in nine venues spread across the Espinardo Campus of the University of Murcia, the Campus of the Muralla del Mar of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the Lorca institutes, Cieza, Caravaca de la Cruz and Yecla.

The appointment for those who take the exam is Tuesday 11 at 9 in the morning.

After knowing the rules and procedure, the tests will begin.

At 9:45 h.

will begin the Spanish Language and Literature II exam and at 12 h.

will begin the History of Spain.

Tuesday afternoon is dedicated to languages: English at 4:30 p.m.

and French, German and Italian at 18.45 h.

On Wednesday and Thursday it will be destined to the modality exams.
