The Governing Board has approved the project for the contracting of the project works for a new rainwater network in the Mirador de Agridulce urbanization in order to minimize the effects of heavy rains.
This will create a new rainwater collection network on María Goyri street, running through Miguel de Unamuno, Pío Baroja avenue and Ramón y Cajal street, with a connection point to the existing network at the Casa del Aire crossing.
This driving will have a length of approximately 725 meters
During the execution of the works in the streets and intersections affected by the trace of the projected axis, suitable measures will be taken in order to guarantee the correct transit of vehicles, and allow the maintenance of the directions of circulation and changes of direction to the extent as possible.
To do this, the crossings will be conveniently marked, making detours or alternative routes, according to the possibilities, for the routes that it is not possible to maintain.
Likewise, appropriate measures will be in place to provide perfect continuity to pedestrian and road traffic at the intersections with the affected road, through the provision of standardized pedestrian crossings and their convenient signage.
The City Council will invest in this project, which will be executed in a period of two months, 194,574 euros.
