MERCAMURCIA, host of the meeting of the managers of the Mercas Network (14/05/2019)

The Mercamurcia facilities have hosted the meeting of the managers of the Mercas Network in which the heads of Mercasa and the Mercas Network, made up of 23 Mercas distributed throughout the national geography, participated.

Thus, they have developed an intense day of work with different presentations, among them, the development of the Mercasa Strategic Plan and the analysis of the new business models or the digital transformation of the provision of services in the agri-food supply chain.

This meeting also analyzed the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. These Objectives represent a path towards sustainable development in which common action and innovation are key.

Afterwards, participants visited the facilities of MERCAMURCIA visiting the Cárnico Complex and the different markets of the Agri-Food Logistics Distribution Center.
