The Governing Board has given its approval today to a game of 184,360 euros for the hiring of leisure activities and leisure activities for the month of July in the municipality of Murcia.
The Government team, through the Department of Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, directed by Rafael Gómez, will offer 500 places for summer camps for school children in the municipality's educational centers.
They will be carried out in appropriate natural spaces, not far from the municipality, since being young children, proximity offers security to participants and parents.
They are enclaves that, in addition, allow for itineraries, tours, excursions or sports competitions since they are not steep areas, rural areas with little traffic and maritime areas, with high environmental value that provide environmental and conservationist contents.
The camps, in which the City Council finances 67% of the price, are the following:
- Nature Camps:
Directed to 3rd and 4th grade primary school children, with a participation of 50 boys and girls for each of the three shifts.

Fee contributed per student: € 237
- Adventure and Creativity Camps:
Directed to 5th and 6th grade primary school children, with a participation of 50 boys and girls for each of the two shifts:

Fee contributed per student: € 271
- Maritime Camps:
Aimed at 3rd and 4th grade primary school children, with a participation of 50 boys and girls for each of the two shifts:

- Mountain and Multi-Adventure Camps:
Directed to 5th and 6th grade primary school children, with a participation of 50 boys and girls for each of the three shifts:

The shifts, lasting seven days (six nights), will consist of stays in which workshops, excursions, sports activities, baths, games, itineraries will take place ... They will be carried out in facilities that have the necessary services: bedrooms, classrooms , open spaces, library, toilets, kitchen, swimming pool ... all of them with age-appropriate security measures (sports areas and fenced swimming pool for hours not allowed, bathrooms adapted to the age ...) to which they are addressed .
