Plural Democracy campaign ceremony held in Alquerías on April 25, 2019 (26/04/2019)

Francisco Miguel Muñoz Garre intervened, head of list to the Congress of Deputies by the district of Murcia, highlighting the most relevant aspects of the electoral program of Plural Democracy.

He highlighted the proposal of Plural Democracy to disqualify politicians who violate their electoral program, a measure very well accepted by attendees.

He also said that Plural Democracy proposes to make a Law of Salaries and Human Resources that defines the specific salary of all political positions and that no office can establish its own salary at its discretion and whim.

Likewise, the structures and templates of each and every agency of all administrations must be defined so that nobody can "plug" anyone.

He also stressed the need to optimize the structures of the administrations to make them more agile and effective, also more profitable.

He said that it is necessary to reach a consensus so that the laws of greater social importance have a minimum validity of 20 or 25 years to avoid the current legislative chaos that occurs when changing the laws in each legislature so that each government puts its stamp.

I also point out that you can not continue to continue to misuse public money in badly planned investments without any profitability, such as investments in AVE highways that have failed and closed, on freeways that go nowhere, and others many examples that we have seen in recent years.

He also noted, speaking of regional policy that Murcia is at the tail of the Autonomous Communities in everything, in education, health, social services, infrastructure, ... all due to the mismanagement of its rulers settled in the regional government for more than 20 years, situation, said it is never good.

Regarding water, as one of the main problems of the region, he stressed that it is the issue with which most of the citizens of the region have been deceived and taken for a ride, apart from having spent an enormous amount of money in false advertising campaigns .

Water should be a subject of broad consensus and should be equal for all, said the State should guarantee water for all, but at the same cost, which should be the balance between the deficiencies between regions and others and balance the differences in costs between regions to match them.

He also said that water competencies should be exclusive in their entirety, from the State.

That both the transfers and desalination are both valid and complementary solutions and that a project is possible and desirable to unite the basins of practically all of the Spanish rivers.

In municipal policy, he stressed that since Plural Democracy will offer all districts of the region to become Minor Local Entities if they manifest and meet the requirements established for that purpose, being themselves the only ones who decide to take such a decision and not the municipalities that manage them.

He also highlighted the complaints of Plural Democracy, which have been manifested on several occasions regarding the Electoral Law because of the unjust, unsupportive and undemocratic nature.

As he said, it prevents citizens from being able to vote freely, having received the information of all and each one of the parties that participate in an election in equality and to choose freely among all the possible options.

Situation that considered a "scam" to citizens.

The act ended by asking for the collaboration and the vote of the citizens to be able to put into practice the Plural Democracy project and demonstrate that it can be governed and managed in a much more efficient way and thinking about the good of the citizens.
