The City Council, through the Department of Education and Heritage, is carrying out maintenance work in 17 schools in the municipality taking advantage of school holidays.

Thus, these works are being carried out in the schools La Cruz in El Campillo, Arteaga in Sucina, Our Lady of the Angels in El Esparragal, El Molinico in El Palmar, Sacred Heart of Zeneta, Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes in Puebla de Soto, Santiago el Mayor, Juan de la Cierva de Casillas, Francisco Sanchez Matas de Aljucer, Our Lady of Peace, Mariano Aroca, Los Alamos, Fernandez Caballero, Juan XXIII, Luis Costa, Felix Rodriguez de la Fuente and Vistabella.

The works, in which 150,656 euros have been invested, will consist of placement of rubber pavement, repairs in electricity, paving, installation of fountain, painting ...

In addition, in the school of Los Garres have completed the repair of the windows executed thanks to a grant from the General Directorate of Educational Centers of 11,000 euros plus almost 5,000 of the Municipal Board.
