For Fernando Encinar, head of studies of the mentioned portal, "the data confirm the stabilization in the prices of the housing for sale.

Although some municipalities register increases, the increases are still much lower than those registered in previous years.

The trend for 2019 points to this relaxation in prices, although the April and May elections will be the test of fire to know if it is consolidated or not.

Municipal policies regarding the creation of new housing, the thrust of tourism and the ability to generate employment could put pressure on prices in some capitals. "

Encinar says that "far from the ghost of the bubble and with more contained prices, housing transactions will continue on the same path of growth in which they ended 2018, with the support of low interest rates and competition from banks for grant mortgages. "
