The reorganization of the Parachute Brigade began on January 1, 2016, with the creation of the Infantry Regiment 'Naples' No. 4, where the flags 'Roger de Flor' and 'Roger de Lauria' were integrated.
On July 1, 2016, the 'Zaragoza' Infantry Regiment No. 5 was created. With this milestone, the Army points out that "it complies with the history of one of its Heroic Tercios, which allows us to evoke the glory and the traditions of the Spanish Infantry and recover the name of one of the oldest units and which was given the name of 'El Glorioso' ".
