The exhibition'Mu-tantes' presents a total of 13 works that promote the artist's freedom and creative experimentation (28/03/2019)

Puertas de Castilla Center continues betting on research, innovation and creativity for the development of thought, art, technology and science with the main objective of introducing in its areas of study the transformations of the image and the new media in around all kinds of artistic disciplines.

Tomorrow, at 20:00, the exhibition 'Mu-tantes' will open, which can be visited until April 30 and which is a show that embarks on introspection, in an intimate and personal view of the human being, which emanates from visual experimentation.

The proposals that Mu-tantes suggests are the result of the instinctive need for human experimentation.

Thus, the project advocates the creative freedom and experimentation of the artist as a way of learning, where the limits imposed by the clients do not exist, because here, the target is the artist himself, who creates for himself.

The exhibition includes several works, which revolve around the creation of art from observation.

'All this is necessary', 'Clowns', Empty hollow ',' Exploration record ',' Poor devil ',' Cabanyal resists ',' Nous sommes sauvages ',' Inhabitants ',' Oxymoron or lexatin ',' I am a man ',' Against death there is no law 'or' Without breaking a plate 'are the novel proposals that Mu-tantes offers.

The work team is formed by a group of young designers, among whom are: Adrián Marzal, founder of Estudio Maba;

César Ordoño, graphic designer at F33;

Paula Paje, from the creative agency BAR;

Roberto Navarro, from the advertising agency Germinal & Brandon Love;

Nahuel Marín, creative working with the renowned designer Eduardo del Fraile and Cristóbal Sánchez, designer at Estudio Maba.

All of them are artists with a great universal projection, some of them with international awards in their power.

Mu-tantes not only covers the exhibition, but also has workshops and conferences that have been part of this project gestated by Cristóbal Sánchez, where he has been working since 2012. On October 15, 2018, the works chosen by vote were published of a professional jury, where the level of conceptualization and the purpose of the creative process was valued, which have finally led to this exhibition that will take place at the Puertas de Castilla Center.

In this way, through this project the artist has been liberated, giving him the power to create for himself.

Because many times the creator does not evolve as he wants, but as the client wants.

Mutantas is presented as a space where this reality is reversed, where freedom is not limited.

In short, it is the instrument of creative freedom of artists to break without barriers or fear the barriers of the conventional, in addition to a way in which the viewer can reflect on what we are and how we create.

In this sense, the new program presented by the Puertas de Castilla Center "will invest" again in a breeding ground that will generate favorable conditions for the evolution of artistic work related to art and technology at the local level so that it becomes a necessary, profitable and sustainable task that results in a general benefit for all areas of society.
