More than 60 students have participated today in the last talk of Comuniética in the IES Licenciado Francisco Cascales (20/03/2019)

This conference aims to teach, raise awareness and prevent the misuse of social networks through real cases

During this course more than 2,000 young people, between 15 and 18 years old, have participated in the Comuneética conference on the use of social networks

The City of Murcia is carrying out the days of Comuniética, through the Department of Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development directed by José Guillén.

Today the last talk was held at the Instituto Licenciado Francisco Cascales, in which more than 60 students participated.

These are aimed at young people between 15 and 18 years and aim to teach, raise awareness and prevent the misuse of social networks through real cases.

More than 2,000 students have passed through these days.

"From the City Council we support this initiative, since we intend that the young people of the municipality have the opportunity to train and develop their knowledge and ideas about social networks, these tools have to be used in a responsible and appropriate way, and education is essential to achieve it "José Guillen has highlighted.

The 23 talks that have taken place in different educational centers of the municipality, have had a duration of 60 minutes, divided into 45 minutes of interactive talk and 15 exclusive minutes of questions.

Specifically, the questions have been answered: what is a social network? How do we use social networks?

and how do we behave in social networks?

The main topics that have been discussed have been cyberbullying or swindling networks, among others, with real examples.
