The owners of electric vehicles, both cars and motorcycles, will have one hour of free parking in the public car parks of the city.
This has been agreed today at a working meeting in which the councilor for Urban Planning, Environment, Water and Kitchen Garden, Antonio Navarro, and representatives of the Association of Public Car Parks of Murcia, which in this way joins the Strategy, participated. Local Electric Vehicle.
The meeting also saw the commitment to include in the annual call for grants specific assistance for the installation of charging points in car parks and for the signaling of places.
In addition, an information campaign will be held to inform users of these measures.
Likewise, exclusive seats will be reserved for zero emission vehicles and motorcycles.
These points of agreement will be formalized in a collaboration agreement that will be approved by the Governing Board in the near future.
