Cs registers a motion for the implementation of effective public measures that promote equality between women and men (08/03/2019)

Since the orange training insist on the need to match maternity and paternity leave, flexible schedules and promote free education from 0 to 3 years

The group Ciudadanos has registered a motion in defense of liberal feminism based on the strength of education, equal opportunities, the elimination of the wage gap and the implementation of effective public measures to achieve equality between women and men.

With this motion, the orange training urges the local government so that the competent bodies work to increase maternity and paternity leave, guarantee the right of women to employment without discrimination, promote equal pay, as well as a culture civic from the administrations and improve the plans of equality of the companies and the policies of conciliation of the personal, familiar and labor life.

Through this initiative, Citizens is committed to promoting the universalization and free of charge of the first cycle of children's education from 0 to 3 years, promote a National Pact for the Rationalization of Schedules and Conciliation, as well as develop the progress achieved with the approval of the Pact of State against Gender Violence and the preparation and approval of a Bill against Sexual Violence.
