The Faculty of Law hosts this Thursday, March 7, the Cycle of Dialogues around the #FuturodeEuropa and #EstaVezVoto, organized by Europe Direct Murcia Region of the Ministry of Presidency of the CARM, in collaboration with the Center for European Studies of the University of Murcia, CEEUM.

This cycle aims to encourage the participation and involvement of the citizens of the Region of Murcia in the elections to the European Parliament and in the construction of the future of Europe.

The opening of this cycle will take place tomorrow at 12.00 in the Law Room of the Faculty of Law, at the Campus de la Merced, and will be attended by the UMU's Rector, José Luján, and the Presidential Adviser, Pedro Rivera.

The first of the sessions revolves around 'The European project in a civic key: to communicate Europe before the 2019 elections'

Francisco Fonseca will take part in the session;

Director of the Representation of the European Commission in Spain;

Senena Corbalán, vice-rector of Internationalization of the University of Murcia, UMU;

and Beatriz Miguel Hernández, Vice Chancellor of Research of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, UPCT.

This cycle, which will be moderated by Teresa Allepuz Ros, head of Europe Direct Region of Murcia, is part of the triennial strategy of Europe Direct Region of Murcia #LetsEUHagamosEuropa and joins the European Parliament campaign #Estavezvoto and #FuturodeEuropa of the European Commission and #ReflexionarsobreEuropa of the Committee of the Regions in the line of various initiatives carried out by the General Directorate of the European Union, External Action and Cooperation of the Region of Murcia through the information center.
