The collaboration agreement between the UCAM, the European Sports Nutrition Society (ESNS) and the Strength and Conditioning Society (SCS) will allow the joint organization of the 'International Sport Forum' congress.
The event will take place at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE) on 15 and 16 October
The Catholic University of Murcia continues with its firm commitment to high performance sports and health and, through the signing of a collaboration agreement with the ESNS and the SCS, for which it will organize the 'International Sport Forum', a world congress on sports nutrition and physical preparation.
This is the fourth edition of the event and will be held on October 15 and 16 at the COE headquarters (Madrid).
"Everything related to nutrition in high-level sport and strength training will be discussed," explained Antonio Paoli, president of the European Sports Nutrition Society and extraordinary professor at UCAM.
In addition, in reference to the speakers, Paoli has indicated that the event will have a cast of the best experts in each area from around the world.
For his part, Pedro Emilio Alcaraz, president of the SCS and director of the Center for Research in High Performance Sports (CIARD) of the UCAM, said that due to the strength of the three entities it was decided that the organization was joint.
In addition, he stressed that the Catholic University of Murcia will collaborate in the organization of the event and in the participation of the same, through various speakers.
"It will be a meeting to exchange ideas, scientific knowledge and will also serve to see how the industry is doing in the field of sports nutrition and high sports performance and all with the support of the COE", concluded Pedro Emilio Alcaraz .
