The City of Murcia, through the Department of Modernization of Administration and Urban Development led by José Guillén, has carried out the implementation of the application TuMurcia, a portal where citizens can express their opinion through surveys, make suggestions , present their ideas and participate in the improvement of the municipality.

In this way, in the last three and a half years, 28 participatory processes have been opened, allowing residents to get involved actively and daily in the improvement of their municipality.
Likewise, the neighbors are co-architects of the improvement of public services and spaces, all through various channels: direct participation, sending incidents and conducting opinion surveys on municipal projects.
The App is divided into four sections.
- "Your idea": We listen to you.
It is a simple application with which ideas and proposals for improvement are provided.
- "Your warning": Tell us to improve.
You can report any incident on the public road through a simple form.
You have to enter photo, category of the incident (if it is a problem on the public road, gardens, cleaning, traffic signs ...), location and description of the incident.
- "Your opinion": Participate and do Murcia together.
Do you want to comment on the most important projects in your city ?.
It allows directly involving the citizen in the processes of citizen participation, promoted by the City of Murcia, through surveys.
- "Your query", where you can make queries through a chat.
