The councilor for Urbanism, Environment, Water and Vegetable Garden, Antonio Navarro, criticized that Huermur "is more committed to criticize than to provide suggestions to continue carrying out actions to conserve our heritage."

"In addition, lately they have been stubborn about launching criticisms about sites that are already undergoing a recovery project, something to which we respond with facts," said Navarro.

The councilor explained that "the city project 'The Fortresses of the King Lobo' will allow the comprehensive rehabilitation of the fortresses of Larache Castle and Cabezo de Torres, among others":

The City of Murcia has drawn up a protocol that has been sent to the state and regional administrations and contains a road map where the joint actions to be performed in this great archaeological park are marked, which include rehabilitation, excavations, expropriations, landscape protection, demarcation and enhancement of spaces of archaeological interest, as well as research and documentation.

"This initiative requires an agreement between different administrations, in addition to an exhaustive work in the whole area, no matter how hard Huermur is, this government team does things well," Navarro concluded.
