The Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez, presented this morning the new website informajoven.org, an easier, more intuitive and attractive portal for all the young people of the municipality.

The new design of the portal presents a simpler structure that allows a clear visualization of the news, events, main activities, news and proposals that are promoted from the youth service programs and young spaces of the municipality.

This modernization will allow offering attractive and interesting contents for young people, as well as the updating of job offers, scholarships, prizes, courses, grants and conferences.

It also offers a more accessible and dynamic content, linked to social networks in order to enhance the participation of young people who want to publish their proposals and advertisements.

"We work so that this website is a participatory space, a place of reference for all our young people in the municipality where they can find everything they seek and be informed." This website, in addition to being very visual, is also very useful "said Rebeca Pérez.

In addition, the new edition of the website has been modeled to fit any device, especially mobile devices, the most used by young people to access the Internet.

In this way, from any place and at any time they can access all the information that interests them.

The Informajoven website ranks second in traffic on the municipal websites

In 2018, the Informajoven website received 488,000 visits, occupying the 2nd place in traffic of the municipal websites and the tenth place in traffic of all the websites of the Region according to the Alexa Index.

The website has published 2018: 184 grants, 161 scholarships, 909 offers and employment resources, 384 awards and contests, 436 youth, cultural and leisure activities, 232 courses, 80 meetings and days, 146 other calls and announcements .
