Change Murcia remember that the PORN of the regional park of Valle and Carrascoy has been stagnant for 27 years (20/02/2019)

Murcia change has urged the government team that before making "electioneering" as the expansion of the regional park of El Valle and Carrascoy require the Murcian Executive that "once and for all approve the protection regulations" of this environment, since the final approval of the Natural Resources Management Plan (PORN) has been pending since 1992.

Ginés Mirón, member of the working group of the municipal training, has indicated that any decision for the expansion of the park is "unfeasible" until the Autonomous Community does not take forward the PORN and the plans related to flora and fauna and boost, As has been demanded by the European Union "in constant occasions", the management plans of the Natura 2000 Network.

Mirón has asked the City Council, on behalf of Murcia Change, to demand the implementation of all mechanisms for the protection of the regional park and, once activated, then request the extension of the same with the addition of Mount Miravete.
