Hundreds of people have come this weekend around the Segura River in its urban stretch to enjoy the IV Regatta Ciudad de Murcia in which nearly 700 athletes from all over Spain have participated.
This test, which has been held throughout the weekend, is included in the calendar of the Royal Spanish Canoe Federation with the category of 'special interest'.
If the 1st Regatta of the II Dragon Boat League and the 1st Relay Regatta were held yesterday, this morning the IV Kayak-Canoa Regatta (K1-C1) and the VII Four Regatta (K4.C4) took place.
In addition, this sporting event, organized by the newspaper La Verdad, the City of Murcia and Murcia River Club, has also allowed many hotel establishments in the city to hang last night the full poster.
One of the most spectacular tests was the one held yesterday morning in which 30 dragon bracts with 11 people crossed the river.
This year, for the first time, a relay event has been included in which 10 K1 teams have participated, whose members have covered 1,000 meters each.
