The municipalities that participate, apart from Murcia, are Puerto Lumbreras, Santomera, Molina de Segura, Jumilla, Fortuna, Cieza, Caravaca de la Cruz, Bullas, Blanca and Beniel.
Soon, another nine will be added.
The 'Replay Project' is an initiative of the Regional Government and is managed by the Integra Foundation.
The plenary sessions are recorded in an integral way and uploaded to a web space for public consultation.
The adscription to the project is free, it is only necessary that the city council adhere to the CTnet network (www.redctnet.es) through an agreement and authorize the Integra Foundation to publish the videos on the website of the project and associated applications .

This initiative also includes the publication of multimedia content and access to the Multimedia Resource Center.
