The planting of plant species on the left bank of the Segura River, in its urban section, and the adaptation of the mota on its right bank for recreational use have completed its processing by the hiring table assembled today, chaired by Eduardo Martínez- Olive.
In the first one, which received 16 offers, will be finally executed by the Ute Urdemasa and Pico, with a budget of 424,134 euros (without VAT), while in the second, with 14 proposals, will be contracted with Pavasal Construction Company, once that solvent a clarification in the documentation that has been requested.
In this case, the cost of the works will amount to 350,697 euros (VAT excluded).
Both contracts are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union, within the framework of the Operational Program for sustainable growth 2014-2020, with the DUSI Murcia IT Strategy: Innovation + Tradition.
On the other hand, the table has also resolved to propose the awarding of works for the maneuvering field for firefighters in San Ginés to UTE Eneas Servicios Integrales SA-Sanchez Lago SL, which will have a budget of € 698,742 (excluding VAT).
Other procedures carried out today have been:
Service of conservation, pruning, transport of branches and phytosanitary treatment of existing trees in public schools dependent on the City of Murcia.
It has received 7 offers, of which the one presented by Eulén is the most economical - a decrease of almost 29% compared to the amount of the tender, of 446,070 euros (without VAT).
Single Monitoring Center (CEUS) and Traffic Control Room of Murcia, pending that the company proposed for the award -CONCAMAR- present the administrative documentation.
Recruitment of the cleaning service of municipal nursery schools with Limcamar, to which the documentation prior to its adjudication has been requested.
Electricity supply in the City of Murcia: 3 companies have been submitted to lot 1 (with a bid amount of € 8,108,100);
3 offers to lot 2 (€ 7,401,300) and 1 company to lot 3 (€ 216,100).
The hiring table has given them a period of three days to correct errors in the documentation.
