The University of Murcia organizes a course of university specialist in management of failure and forgiveness, promoted by the Chair of CSR and led by professors Pedro Juan Martín and Rafael Rabadán, in a project in which the faculties of Economics and Psychology collaborate.
The management of failure is a novel approach, which has only recently begun to be addressed in some institutional and professional forums.
In times of crisis and shortages, it is essential to learn to optimize limited resources and to resolve favorably situations of failure and professional frustration.
On the other hand, the practice of forgiveness has revealed a high therapeutic value not only in clinical contexts, but also in public and private organizations, such as universities and companies.
The course will be held from February 13 to June 14, 2019, and the registration period will be open until February 7.
