The Department of Modernization of the Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, directed by José Guillén, extends a collaboration agreement between the City Council and FAMDIF / COCEMFE-MURCIA to carry out training practices and job placement for people with disabilities who use the programs and training actions managed by this institution.

In this way, the City Council will promote the appropriate mechanisms to facilitate the realization of professional practices in municipal centers and services of workers with recognized disability greater than 33%, previously selected by FAMDIF / COCEMFE-MURCIA, and meet the requirements for the realization of a contract for education.

The effective working time, which can be made compatible with the time devoted to the training activities, will be during the first year, 75% of the ordinary working day, reserving the remaining 25% of the day for the training and during the second and third year, 85% of the ordinary working day and 15% for the training.

The salaries will be those corresponding to the Minimum Interprofessional Wage in proportion to the effective working day.

The duration of the contracts will be one year, extendable for annual periods up to a maximum of three years, provided that there is a favorable prior report from FAMDIF / COCEMFE-MURCIA, and from the tutor appointed by the City Council.

Those interested in performing these work practices must be over 18 years of age, have a degree of disability recognized by the competent official body equal to or greater than 33% and be registered as a job seeker in the offices of the Public Employment Service of the municipality of Murcia.

In addition to the effective work in the different municipal offices, these workers with disabilities have to carry out the theoretical training related to the job, whose purpose is to obtain a certificate of professionalism that will certify them in the future for their full incorporation into the labor market. .
