A score of streets of the Esparragal have new paving to improve the safety of neighbors (09/01/2019)

The Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez, visited this morning the paving works that are being carried out in the hamlet of Esparragal, in the neighborhood of El Campillo, in coordination with Redexis Gas company, in charge of the installation of the network for gas supply in the area.

In total, more than twenty streets are being asphalted, due to the construction of 3000 meters of gas distribution networks giving access to this source of energy to more than 1,800 homes that exist in the town.

Also in the Carril de Los Garroferos has carried out a special action, since it has buried a Telefónica airline, replacing it with fiber and eliminating some old wooden posts that were dangerous, to ensure the connection of neighbors and improve security in the area.

The City of Murcia has also improved the lighting in this area, installing 12 LED luminaires, with 43 W of power in this lane and installing 23 LED luminaires on the Alicante Highway.

8,000 inhabitants can demand gas supply

The company Redexis Gas is in charge of this project in Las Laderas de El Campillo, which started in July.

This source of energy will benefit more than 1,800 homes, businesses and businesses of the population, supplying more than 8,000 inhabitants.

The investment that has been allocated to this work is 800,000 euros.

The gas supply of the population is carried out from a LPG plant installed in the Montepinar urbanization, connecting by the Alicante road, through the construction of a branch reaching the town.
