Councilor for Social Rights and Development Cooperation, Conchita Ruiz, opened this morning the exhibition 'The elderly also paint', which this year celebrates its seventh edition.
In the exhibition, which during this week can be visited at the San Antón senior center, 31 works by members of 18 municipal centers can be contemplated.
Conchita Ruiz, who has been accompanied in the act by the president of the Federation of Social Centers for the Elderly of the Municipality, Simón Párraga, has had the opportunity to talk with some authors of the works that have attended the inauguration.
The awards ceremony for the winners will take place next Monday, day 5.
Until then you can visit the exhibition from 11 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 8 pm.
